Isn't high speed dial up kind of like military intelligence?

Subject: [Braillenote] high speed dial up and braille note

Hi,

Are there any high speed dial up services that work with the braillenote
classic or m-powers?

I would like to get high speed dial up because I cannot afford dsl or
cable at this time. And since I'm in college this would be a good option
for me. Hopefully someone on this list knows what high speed dial up is
so they can let me know if it will work or not. If not let me know and I
can email someone privately on the topic. But I don't think this list is
for that type of discussion. I simply want to know if this type of
internet access can be used with a braillenote or voicenote.
