Thanks for the warning. Luckily I have a friend who actually reads all those terms and conditions and just from reading them decided he wouldn't buy anything from them.
BTW, I found a USB hub at Walgreens for $9.99.

Subject: [Braillenote] Heads up on a web site

Hi:
Some of you know that I've recommended www.buy.com as a good place to
buy electronics. Well, I have to change my mind. I ordered a USB Hub and
two days later received it in the mail with free shipping. Well, when I
opened the box, the print materials said a USB hub, but what was inside
was a USB web camera for a lap top. I went and double checked my order
on line and it said I ordered a USB hub. So I went to try to return the
product and they wanted me to pay for their mistake by having to pay
shipping charges to return the product. They also wouldn't accept the
product w/o the original packing paper which was thrown away on
accident. So, my dad's keeping the camera and I'm never ordering from
them again. If you choose to order from them, please check what you've
ordered, and keep in mind if the package was opened to find out what you
ordered, then they won't accept the return.
