This is Joseph. This topic has been discussed about a week ago. Your file might be stored in subfolder. To navigate to that folder level we use the mode called Directory mode. On any folder prompt press SPACT with T to switch to directory mode. Once you are in this mode press enter on the folder that you know the subfolder which the file resides. When you select that folder you'll get the folder prompt again because we are navigating through hierarchical structure, whereby there are folders under folders.Once you wish the desired "directory," (that what KeySoft calls subfolders) press enter and the file selection is same as browsing in folder mode. To switch to the "normal" folder mode, at any folder prompt press SPACE with T to toggle back to "folder name" prompt. I hope this information may help you.
