Hello Melanie,

>From what you are describing, it sounds like there is a problem with the
email folders.cdb file in the KeyList folder.  Erase this file and when you
go back into the email application, you will be prompted to let KeySoft
create the database again.

If this does not fix the problem, you would need to delete the address
list.cdb file in the KeyList folder, as the problem will lie in this
database, as you will have already eliminated the email database as being
responsible if you get to that point, that is.
