Rose and list, You always need an R M A !!! R M A means return merchandise authorization number! this tells them whose sending and why. Without this authorization, yes, it couls sit in somebody's office for possibly years! it could get buried under a pile of papers..... R M A always remember that.. Never return merchandise without this number and it must be clearly stenciled on the outside of the box as well as on a piece of paper with your information, name, address, phone number.... Isaac
