Another possibility for a free Email account is a GMail account. You will need sighted help to get through the visual verification, but once that happens, the site is accessible with the BN and with JFW with a little tweaking. If you don't want to use the method they offer to subscribe, let me know and I could probably send you an invite. Either way, you'll need sighted help the first time the account is opened.
