I can't log on either and have purchased an sma. I have sent emails and have been trying for over a month. Is this a problem for many? And will it be corrected?

The person who overlooks SMAs is on leave but I will talk to Karen and investigate this case further when I get to the office, as if the US says you should have access to the SDW site, I can make a few changes from here. Still haven't gotten any response and still cant log in. I'm getting a little anxious as I'm of course going to want to grab Keysoft 7 immediately when it's released. What's going on with this?
