The unpack utility is part of the keysoft image on the braillenote, pk, and MPower. It is incorperated in all units, and anyone is free to use it simply by renaming any .zip file with the same name but the .bks extension. As Rhonda said, when asked for a password, just press enter. The password is only applicable to books on bookshare.org which are copyrighted and available only to members of bookshare and it is just ignored for all other renamed .zip files. The utility is actually a version of the unzip utility which is why it will work with all these files.
