I had a similar situation when I purchased my m power, which up til now I
haven't mentioned on the list, but thought it might be worth considering.
Earlier this year I finally purchased the motherboard upgrade for my
voicenote qt. About 2 weeks after I received my upgraded unit back, the m
power products were announced. Had I known these were coming, I would have
simply waited and purchased a voicenote m power rather then having my
classic upgraded. Apparently nobody at humanware had any idea that the m
powers were on the horizon. I was told that I could have a creddit toward an
m power equal to what I paid for the classic upgrade if I returned the
upgraded classic model with in 30 days. I did that, and was without a unit
for almost a month before I received my m power. I guess what I'm saying is
that the folks in the U.s. office should not have been kept in the dark so
long about what was coming.

Subject: [Braillenote] problem with how humanware handles business.

I myself, run A business, and when I get low on product.
I order more before I run out.
I called human ware today, to order A MPower BT 32, and was told they are on
order and might be in next week some time.
how come human ware can't keep note takers on hand, at all times?
I don't mean to be negative, just was wondering why this is so.
