Hi, it's Steve here from the UK.  I think it may help if you delete the .cdb 
files in the Keymail and Keylist Folders. Do a hard reset, followed by a normal 
reset, try both sending email and going on to Keyweb. You should asked if you 
want to create a database. Press y and everything should work ok.
