Sherry;
I have been there too. CAP got me my original unit and I am going to buy the
transplant. I could never afford the $6,000, but with a home equity loan, I am
able to pay for the transplant myself. I went through many hard times to get
my condo and if you do not have much you juust have to give up that cup of
coffee for a few days and save and you can get that sd card you need. It is
just like saving in a Christmas fund and then in November I have money for
state convention and Christmas shopping.

Actually, many of us don't. My rehab people are doing my transplant and got
me the original BN in the first place. even when I had a full time job, I
couldn't afford to buy this kind of thing outright. And for those who are
on SSI or SSDI, $15 can be quite a lot of money.

I can't believe that people who spend thousands of dollars for their
equipment get so worked up about buying a fifteen dollar sb card.
