Sherry; I have been there too. CAP got me my original unit and I am going to buy the transplant. I could never afford the $6,000, but with a home equity loan, I am able to pay for the transplant myself. I went through many hard times to get my condo and if you do not have much you juust have to give up that cup of coffee for a few days and save and you can get that sd card you need. It is just like saving in a Christmas fund and then in November I have money for state convention and Christmas shopping.

My rehab people are doing my transplant and got me the original BN in the first place. even when I had a full time job, I couldn't afford to buy this kind of thing outright. And for those who are on SSI or SSDI, $15 can be quite a lot of money. sherry -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of ALGAYZAG Sent: Monday, November 07, 2005 6:16 PM To: Braillenote List Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Patch for the mPower I can't believe that people who spend thousands of dollars for their equipment get so worked up about buying a fifteen dollar sb card.
