The command to access the user's guide is read with help. Having said that, I prefer to open the individual chapters using the book reader.. This gives one the ability to search and has the added benefit of being les information to take in at one time. I don't know of a tutorial-style manual, but the command summary comes in very useful for looking up the odd command.
