Try Terri Pannit or Rhonda.  Terri has at least 3 versions of the bible and I 
think Rhonda had a few copies too.  Good luck.

I don't know where you can get that Bible, but I know bookshare has quite a 
few Bibles, so I'd check there.  You will probably have to do a little 
organizing of your own to get it in the shape you want, however.
