Great message Bob! Better to get the software that works than rush it and have more problems than we can handle. Thanks Bob. Our key is Patients. Terry Powers

I just wonder what goes on in peoples' heads. <Grin> -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of bob mates Sent: Monday, January 16, 2006 11:35 AM To: Braillenote List Subject: re: [Braillenote] come on humanware Hi, folks: Before everyone starts yelling at HumanWare to hurry up and release KeySoft 7.0, let me remind you that, when they came out with the original 6.1, it was a nightmare! There were issues with sending it, as well as issues with the upgrade itself. Indeed, some of these issues will just now be resolved in KeySoft 7. At that time, everyone was yelling at them to hurry and release the upgrade. Therefore, I would say that we ought to be patient, and allow HumanWare to simply release the upgrade at the appropriate time. This way, we're sure that there will be more satisfied customers, and less gray hairs for the staff. Just my opinion. God bless.
