It took mine about three weeks to come back when I sent it in the last time. 
Now when I had freedom products, a braille lite in high school, I might not see 
that for three months or so when I sent it in for repair, which was quite 
often. That thing was horrible! I'll keep my braillenote, and hopefully soon 
it'll be sold and be replaced with a voicenote m-power.
