If you have a BN going in for upgrade to M-power and you have 5.1, they
will take care of the upgrade if you leave your files on your unit. I
believe I read that early on. This is true with 6.1.1 as well. Doing a
backup with 5.1 would not work with database files unless somebody knows
something I don't.
