Hi Terry,
I'd say simply leave your files on your unit when you send it in. Roger
will take care of all files and he'll see to it that the BN upgrades will
convert all of your files to the newer software. I upgraded my unit from
5.1 to 6.1.1. I simply left everything on my unit and the upgrade process
they put in place converted my old databases to the new windows system and
I just sat back and watched! He Then could do a backup of your old unit at
this point and put everything in the new M-power. If he doesn't do it,
this will probably be done at Humanware. Please understand this is a birds
eye view of the process but I'd say your files will be safe and you won't
need to do much of anything. The Braille Display from your old unit will
go into the new one. You'll love it!

James;
What does a 5.1 user have to do to transfer their address book from a BT
to an m-power. I thought Roger Bem was going to put all my files on cf
card and then transfer them to the m-power. What will we have to do for a
5.1 unit?

Rhonda,
If he has 6.1.1, it should work since mine worked in my brand new
M-power. If he has 5.1 or older, it won't work.
