Hi Sarai, there is no need to use a Bluetooth USB adaptor with the mPower, since the Bluetooth receiver is built in. You can use a Bluetooth USB adaptor to give a PC Bluetooth functionality that doesn't have Bluetooth built in. I use a Belkin one, and it works really well.
