Well happily, Richard all files were backed up and I sent the bn in for a new keyboard and they put the 6.11 upgrade on the machine but you will see per my last message that I got the problem solved and am up and running again. A couple of jkl resets did the trick.

Hi there.
I am assuming that you save all of your files on your flash disk?
Do you have any back ups of those files?
What was wrong with your machine when you sent it in?
I hope it wasn't a flash disk issue.
I would contact Humanware tech support like now!

Hi folks!
The braille note got back with its 6.1 upgrade and I have not been able
to
access any of my documents. I get an error message and have done one of
all
3 resets. Does this mean that all the stuff on the hard drive or flash
disk
is unusable?
