Hi Isaac,
Just because this option does not exist now doesn't mean that it can't ever be offered. If we cannot replace the battery now, then perhaps Humanware needs to take a look at fixing the battery charging problem. I know this is probably a difficult problem to fix, and I am not being critical, but this issue needs to be addressed in my opinion.
Thanks,
Virgie Underwood

Birgie,
An extra adapter will cost you $50. You can certainly buy as many extra
adaptors as you want.
batteries is another matter. Users cannot change their batteries at this
time. they probably won't ever have that ability. Only the Braille Sense
has that ability from GWmicro.

Hi list members
Is it possible to purchase an extra ac adapter?
It would be useful to have an adapter and one at home also.
Will Humanware sell an extra battery for the Braille Note family of products?
If so, how much would the ac adapter and battery cost?
Is it possible for a Braille Note user to replace the battery?
If it is not possible now, I think it is something that could be offered in the near future.
What do you think Jonathan, and or, Dean?
Thanks for listening.
