The TV band isn't the same throughout the world. In addition, TV transmission is changing from analogue, to digital format, over the next few years. I believe that within five years, there will not be TV available to listen to as we know it. Five years may not be the exact number, but soon.

I'd only want it if it would give me cable too but, I have a small tv now
that both fits in my pocket and picks up cable so. if this is not an
option, maybe those people can chck out tiny tvs or tv radios if they want
somethhing to travel with. Used to have a tv radio too and at the time it
gave me everything i wanted and they fit in a back pack or bag too so they
aren't too much to deal with.

Look, I may not want tv bands or you either. Still, if people want it for
there own purposes, why shouldn't they have it?
