I believe there is some confusion.  When you purchase an SMA, you 
can either purchase it on the compact flash card, which is a 
little more money, or you can purchase it cheaper, and download 
it on the internet.  The time you couldn't do this was when it 
was a major upgrade like 6.1.  That was on the card, because it 
was all new formatting.  It wouldn't have formatted your BN/VN 
from the internet.
