Jonathan,

Could you now confirm, please, the situation with those of us who
purchased the mPower recently and have 6.2. At what point does it
become necessary for us to purchase an SMA?

Hi Greg, I think there is some confusion here. HumanWare wore the cost
for
those customers who purchased the downloadable SMA and elected not to
receive the compact flash card. If you had to purchase another SMA, it
would have been because you had one count remaining on your SMA, and
version 6.1 used two SMA counts, one for the operating system and the
other for the software.

Hello list,
With SMAs you have to remember that an electronic SMA and a compact
flash SMA are two different things. If you have an electronic SMA and
the
upgrade is on compact flash, you cannot get the upgrade with your SMA
and
vice versa. I found this out when I upgraded to 6.11. I had an
electronic SMA and Humanware told me that I could not get the upgrade
with
that SMA and I had to purchase a new compact flash SMA.
