Yes, but you need to make sure that you set both 7-8 where it
asks for cursor shape and computer Braille reading. You'll be
fine.

Hello Ronda,
Thanks for your quick reply. Under the braille options, I found
"display
computer braille using 6 or 8 dot". I changed it to 8 dot. Will
this enable
the dots 7 and 8 for input also?
Thanks,

From the Main Menu, press Function with O. Bress B. You'll see
"Braille display on?" Press the spacebar to set up your options.
If it shows you six-dot Braille, press B for both 7 and 8. Press
Enter at any change you make.

Subject: [Braillenote] braille input on BN QT
Hello all,
Is it possible to input text in computer braille, grade 1 and
grade two on a
BrailleNote QT? I can get the FDS and JKL keys to work as dots 1
2 3 and 4 5
6 respectively but was not able to locate the dots 7 and 8 for
the computer
braille.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Kiran Kaja
