Hello Meg, it sounds to me like you've done all the obvious things a user
can do. Given that the problem still persists, you may need to get the
BrailleNote serviced.

I'm new in this group and I have a question. I'm wanting to know what to do
about my Braille Note cause I have a dot that thinks it needs to be up when
the dot 2 or 6 is used. It is the 4th cell of the Braille display only.
What can I do to fix the problem. I have cleaned it with a warm damp cloth
and worked the display also I have let the battery run down to nothing and
it isn't working right yet. If anyone can help me it would be appreciated.
