I haven't had any problems at all with my battery on my transplanted mPower either. In fact, it works better than the 2 1/2 year old battery that was in my old BrailleNote classic, so it's kind of nice to only have to charge maybe once a week.

I'm not at all intending to minimize the trouble some people have had with their batteries. I just want to share my experience to help balance things out, so that you won't be as scared as I was to get the transplant, because of all the bad battery reports. Yes, the battery problems people are having are real; but so are all the well-functioning batteries people have.

Subject: [Braillenote] Battery problems

Hay people:
I have recintly joined the list because I am going to get an Mpower
soon. I've heard that there have been problems with the battery and I
wondered if they had been sorted. I would appreciate any feedback on
this.

Thank-you
Taz.
