Hi Dean, So, are you saying then, that if I run a backup before sending my BN in for a transplant, I won't need to restore from the backup? If I use another unit for Email while mine is gone, and want to keep the Email from that unit, will I be able to copy an Email database from v6.11 to an mPower? I hope these questions make sense.

However, the mPower upgrade software, which is run by the subsidiaries, will bring the content of the flash disk across to the new unit as part of the upgrade process.
