Hi, Kelly: I don't know about rescuing, (grin). When you first put your disk in the drive, let it make all of it's noises. Then, from the Main Menu, press W for KeyWord. Open a document. If you're not presented with the "drive" prompt, press Backspace twice. Make it say "drive"? Press the Spacebar until you see "storage card." Try doing it that way before you do any S to save, and see if it will recognize it. Kind Regards, Rhonda
