Yes, just use a BrailleNote box if you have one, or double box it if you don't. Wrap the BrailleNote very well in bubble wrap, making sure it doesn't rattle around in the box at all. I didn't put anything in Braille, I just asked the guy at the FedEx place to write down the RMA number on the outside of the box and on an index card or piece of paper taped to the top layer of foam in the box. I addressed it "Attention Kim Brown". Hope this helps.
