Hi, I have just started up my Braille note as a Braille display and what happened was first Active sink came up telling me that the device was not recognised, so I closed this message and did nothing about it. then I went to Jaws and went into the Braille options ane chose the Braille note. Then I turned off jaws and started it again. This normally starts the Braille display if you already have the Braille note in the Braille terminal mode.
