Hi Paul, apologies but off the top of my head I can't remember what the
error 501 is. If it's not something relating to the SMTP server itself
such as it not accepting the connection because you're not authorised,
then yes it should be resolved.
The Word issues are, I believe, present throughout the entire family right
now and we're investigating these in the hopes of offering improvements in
the future. There are some documents with complex formatting such as
tables and bullet points that are not opening.
