Hi Pam, this is a known bug with some BrailleNote mPower units. As I write this, we've allocated a team of people to get to the bottom of this one as it's obviously a massive inconvenience when it occurs. We're making good progress, so I'm confident we'll have this resolved soon. Thanks for your patience.

The line of braille stays there even if I turn the machine off. I can bring it back to life with a reset which isn't a problem, unless I'm in the middle of writing something. As far as I can tell, anything I might have been writing when this happens is lost. I don't suppose there is any other way around this?
