I know this is true, but why can you delete a portion of a list if you can not print a portion of a document? Seams strange. I can delete part of my delete folder or the whole thing. You would think print would work the same way. Terry Powers

Hi, Terry, As far as I know, the print command does not work from within a file. You can only access printing functions by choosing Print a Document from the KeyWord Menu.
