Okay,
Called them and they said that it looks like my flash disk is going bad.
*sigh* I'm going to restore everything from a previous back up and see
what happens.

It almost sounds like your flash drive got disconnected somehow. Can you
establish an Activesync connection with a computer and see 
what shows up from the computer side?
