Hello Pam,

I would check the my memos folder on the flash disk and confirm the size of
existing memos, as well as check that the record button hasn't accidentally
been pressed, in doing so recording a file that only serves to hog your
remaining flash disk space. A few customers I've assisted have done this.
If you can't find anything obvious there, can you tell us how much remaining
flash disk space you have?

Subject: [Braillenote] help!!

Hi,

Is it all right if I kick, scream and have a temper tantrum? I wish I
hadn't installed the patch now. Everything was working just fine other
than the occasional freeze up until I installed the patch. We went out
of town and I just got back and checked my email for the first time
with the patch in place. I had 139 messages. It got to 135 and said
"error receiving messages, not enough disk space. I went through and
read what I had although it was very sluggish when deleting messages,
etc. Then checked again and I had the same 139 messages on the server
plus a few more. It retrieved 135 and again said there was not enough
disk space. I went into the in-box, and now it won't even let me
delete any of the messages. I try to send a message to the trash, move
a message, etc., and it says, "There is not enough disk space".
I tried the s chord f, no help. Tried 456 reset, no help. Tried the
service reset and if I did that right, it didn't work. Thought I'd
check the manual to make sure I knew how to do the service reset, and
surprise, surprise, the manual is gone. So I finally tried
reinstalling the patch, but it still doesn't work. So much for doing
anything with email on the MPower until I find out what happened and
how to fix it.

Would going back to my original version of keysoft help perhaps, and
how would I do that? Please help.

Pam
