Hi Pam,

The manual will disappear if the amount of free space drops to around 1 MB
or lower.  A reset should see the manual rebuild itself.  Let me know if
this is not the case.

You're brilliant! You're brilliant!!! Thanks!! That was the problem!
During the car ride home today, apparently the record button was
pressed accidentally and filled up the remaining disk space. Settings
must have reverted when I installed the patch, because before I had it
set to record directly to the SD card, and I had it set so it wouldn't
record if the record button was pressed when the machine was off. What
a major relief! Thank you again!!

But I just went to check the manual again, and the only chapter that
is still there is the one having to do with the scientific calculator.
How would I get the manual back? I don't suppose reinstalling the
patch would bring it back? And I wonder how it disappeared in the
first place?
