Umm, first, I never said I didn't like KeyWord. I like it a lot, in
fact. And just for the record, I create all my docs in the standard
KeyWord format. So, when you say this is the document type that won't
erase what you have saved, well, that doesn't quite make sense. It
certainly got erased for me.
I think the difference in all this is the presence of the freeze and the
need to do the reset without the ability to first exit KeyWord. It's
that scenario that made prior saves of a KeyWord doc with S-cord
useless. My question is then why the S-cord at all? There's no point
using it if it doesn't save the file in case of that dreaded freeze.

KeyWord is the only document type you can use, when sending an
attachment, that you are asked if you'd like to change the document
type. Any other document type doesn't give you that option. The
problem with KeyWord, of course, is that it's hard to read on a
computer.
