We got him back to where he was so he can now get on the net, but his flash disk is just so bad that he needs to get it back to the factory. He's going to get an m power so we should be good.

I use the copy file option in the file manager instead, and always have better results. In this case I would just copy the file called "connection configurations.cdb", found in the keylist folder on the flash disk. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Sarai Sent: Saturday, September 10, 2005 8:12 PM To: Braille Note Subject: [Braillenote] Okay, I need some help Hi guys, I've been working all day on this and am stumped. I'm working with a guy who has a BN 32 QT. We know his flash disk is corrupted and he keeps loosing info left and right. He's getting an m power but for now he's in trouble. This time he's lost his manual and his e mail is all messed up. So we re added his records and now his internet connection says no carrier. I'm about to have him restore his back up so he can get on the internet, but for a temporary fix we need to get his e mail working and I'm going to have him reinstall the .exe version of the manual from humanware's site. So any advice for a temp fix? I'm more familiar with a BT but at the rate this guy's going, I'll have the QT commands memorized. LOL Sarai D.
