HI Rhonda, Isaac, and list,
I found a way to completely clean out the planner.

Go to the file manager and navigate to the keyplan folder in the flash disk.
Erase the file called planner.dbf.
Immediately, without doing anything else first, perform a reset.
The file will come back, newly created by the reset.
Your appointments should be gone.

Let me know if this doesn't work and I'll try something else.
