I never learned to use a slate and stylus until I was in college, at school
we always used Braille writers. I learned very quickly that my slate skills
were woefully inadequate in college, so learned to use sometimes only one
word to recall a whole section of a lecture.

I was in college in the early 1970's so laptops, and note-takers were not an
option. I bet if I wanted to do it all over again my Braille Note would be
a godsend.

Only thing that holds me back, is math, even with a calculator I am number
phobic.

Hi Shane,
I absolutely agree with you about the slate and stylus. However, I do love
my technology. Virgie Underwood
