It's not only the m-power.  It's the regular bn too.  I think it has
something to do with the microdrive.  It is rather annoying.

What was happening is that when I'd do a reset, I'd be told the 
system files needed updating and to do a reset with dots 4 5 6 held 
down.  I'd do that, and be told system files had been updated and to 
do a regular reset.  I'd do it, and be told to do a reset with 4 5 6, 
and then be told to do a regular reset, and on and on.  Apparently 
when my micro drive locks up the system, it corrupts something that 
causes my mPower to go loopy, quite literally.  <grin>
