Dean, do I erase the Windows folder with the backspace with lower g,
or just with the normal erase command?

dictionaries folder on the flashdisk.
Next, perform a 456 reset and do a couple of normal resets to verify that
you're out of the loop. You will then need to install the GPS application
once again.
