Dean,

I noted the word of "twice" sometimes but I forget or ignore it.  Really,
I must setup two times?

I also was puzzled that I read the words of "first connect to USB or
Serial before using the Bluetooth".

I am still not surely if they really mean I should do that.  I wonder
why?

Could you explain me why then I could see the reason-able.
