Although clearing database space has nothing to do with word separation, I 
always clear my database space.  I also get rid of the junk in the none folders 
of the Flash drive and Keysoft drive because I can't do that in the Files 
Management folder any more.  Although there is a place for clearing database 
space in the address list, there's never anything to clear.  Once again, this 
is a software problem, not users error.  Almost everyone in Humanware has made 
suggestions to work around the problem, but these suggestions just don't work.  
I am in dire need of a software repair.  Now, unless you can advise me on how 
to get a notetaker without this problem, can we discuss something else on the 
list.
