Chris, you have a BN BT, I believe you said. Just press the reset, holding the 4,5,6. J K L is the Qwerty version. Good luck.

Hey there,

What is a jkl reset? What dots do I hold down?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi, have you tried a jkl (456) reset? If this doesn't help I'm
not sure
what
else to suggest except it might need to go in to get fixed.

Good luck,
From Shaz.

Hello all,

My name is Chris and I am from Missouri. First, I would like to
say that
I
am glad to be on this list and I hope to participate in the
discussions
about the Braille note.

Now, on to my problem. Tonight, I was going to write something
in my
Braille note and when I turned it on, all the keys were frozen.
So, I did
a
warm reset, and got the following message:
"Flash Disk warning, an error occurred while formatting the
flash disk
folder error code 31"
Then, I checked to see if my folders were their, and nothing was
their,
including the default folders that the company had.
In case anyone from Tech support is on this list, here is my
keysoft info.
Keysoft version 3.03
build 1795
serial number 12017-12017-0801-us
kernel version 3 feb. 7, 2001
I hope that I can get some suggestions on what to do. If you
would like
to
contact me off list, my e-mail address is:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Thanks in advance,
Chris Judd
