Training is a crucial issue. (Terri, you must be pretty shart to pick up a lot on your own. Some folks just get too frustrated, or may be new to blindness and easily discouraged.) I agree that it would be wonderful to use my BN for everything. The only thing I don't do with it is stuff that has to be printed or brailled in hard copy. (I download books and shop for groceries with it.) I'm especially thankful for the "no virus" bit, because updating your atni-virus progrma when using dial-up can be a pain in the butt! KC
