Subject: [Braillenote] Pasting an email address in to the Address Book
Hi Terri and List:
Terri, here are the directions for pasting an email address to
your address list. I believe you have a Qwerty keyboard.
1. At the "from" prompt, press Ctrl C.
2. You will hear "clipboard pasted".
3. Go to the address list, to the "add address" prompt.
4. Write in the last and first name in.
5. Go to the "home email address" prompt.
6. Press Ctrl V.
7. Since the first and last name are listed in the email
address, press Ctrl K to delete the first and last name.
8. Place your cursor on the first letter of the email
address.
9. Press Backspace to delete the "less-than sign.
10. With the right arrow, move to the end of the email
address.
11. Press Backspace to remove the "greater-than" sign.
12. Press "escape" to add the record.
As far as your emails showing up in three different places, it
does it to show you which ones have been sent. Everything shows
up in the "all" file. I don't know if this will change or not,
though I suspect not.
Hope some of this helped.
Kind regards.
