this hasn't made any difference at all. I have just open a document and started typing, only to find the # sign is still and exclamation mark.
what hasn't happened? why has my braille input changed so drastrictly.

From the Main Menu, press O chord. Press K. Press the Spacebar once. When it says "preferred reading grade", press dot one for Braille one, dots one and two for grade two, and C for Computer Braille. Then, press Enter.

how do I change the grade of Braille input? I am look at the keyboard Braille grade under the options menu on the pk, and I am unable to make any changes there.

the # sigh for example has now become an exclamation mark.
