If you cannot see the Flash Drive, that person
needs to talk with Tech Support. You may find
that even if you got the files to restore to the
other machine, it would cause other problems as
so many things are tied to the serial number.

Another client before my arrival here at krcbvi in
Topeka seems to have wiped out all the folders on this
other bn, you can see the folders on the system disk,
the flash disk is non-existent, and the folders on the
system disk have nothing in them. My idea was to use
activesync to back-up the bn that has everything and
connect to the sick 1 and restore it. We also tried
copying files but activesync insists on trying to
convert them to desktop format and giving errors. The
back-up process was successful, but the restore was
not. When we tried to restore to the other bn
activesync said the connection was broken, and to
please not use the mobile device while the files were
being transferred. I'm not aware of a sleep mode in
the bn, I know there's a back-up files option on the
bn but it doesn't give activesync as an option as the
source. Problem is we don't have a memory card or a
superdisk drive as are suggested in the manual. If
there's a way to do this through activesync please let
me know. Thanks.
