Hi,
I have a laptop and it boots up within fifteen seconds! It has a braille
display connected to it. So it all depends on what one wants. This laptop
runs win98, but I've seen one that runs winxp that's just like mine. I've
been considering that option as well as my present laptop runs another
device.
